King Abdulaziz University, represented by the Faculty of Engineering in Rabigh, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Lucid Limited aimed at enhancing academic and professional collaboration in the fields of education, scientific research, and training.
The signing ceremony was attended by His Excellency the President of King Abdulaziz University, Dr. Tarif bin Yousef Al-Ama, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering in Rabigh, Dr. Alaa Attar, and the Director of Human Resources at Lucid, Mr. Thamer Al-Eisa.
The MoU seeks to facilitate the exchange of expertise between the two parties, explore cooperation in scientific research and applied projects, organize field visits, and launch initiatives supporting the electric vehicle industry in the Kingdom.
Additionally, the memorandum aims to foster innovation and qualify national talents in advanced technology fields, while developing academic and professional curricula and programs to keep pace with the rapid developments in the electric vehicle industry, and create job opportunities for graduates of the faculty’s programs.
